I've been busy being creative...

Since I've overcome my burn-out, I'm back to painting (and selling my paintings). I already have two orders (which I'm very excited about), and ready for more! But first, I had to slap one on the canvas for myself. Hobby Lobby had canvases marked 30% off (woot!), so I was finally able to get the bigger canvas I had been eyeing. Now my masterpiece is finished and ready to be mounted above the couch. (Finally! It looks so naked!) Merikalyn took this picture, by the way. She's great at taking photos. She took a dozen and they all turned out great!

And, here are some popcicle kids I painted. The kids loved them and couldn't wait for them to dry so they could play with them. I'm thinking of making more to sell because they're just so fun to play with.

cute popsicle people - love the idea much better than gluing paper on them. What kind of paint do you use for your art? I just drew something for Kale to put in his room, but I'm not sure what paint I am going to use. It's done on a piece of scrap wood we had laying around - WELCOME BACK!!!
