My friend is getting marrrrrieeeed!

Two Fridays ago, I met up with a friend of mine at La Madeline's for lunch and to pick up a very special dress for a very special girl! Jessica and I have been friends since the 6th grade (when we realized our schedules matched so we'd have every single class together). She's one of the few people I've really stayed in touch with through the years (without the help of myspace and facebook).

Now my buddy is getting married, and my daughter is going to be her flower girl! I can't tell you have excited Merikalyn is. The dress matches Jessica's, and she's thinks she's a princess. She can't wait for the wedding (and keeps asking me if its "tomorrow").

So, when you think about it (maybe now?) say a little prayer for Jessica and her husband-to-be (Brad). I hope God blesses their union and uses it to bring them closer to Him!

I love you Jess!

Ah, how sweet! Merikalyn will be an adorable flower girl!:) When is the big day?
Spring Break is next week. We're heading to Dallas to take in some new scenery! Should be fun! MAYBE we'll even get to see your Aunt/Uncle and Renita!:)

I am very happy for her. That's wonderful. Hope you and the family are doing well. I can't believe how big Connor is already. I started crying the other day thinking about him being my last. Btw, your most about facebook and myspace is hilarious. I block all app's (gifts, survey's, anything else).

Morgann will be in her first wedding over Easter weekend when my SIL is married! Morgann keeps asking to try-on her dress, which thankfully doesn't need a single alteration! So, it has remained in the hanging bag in her closet - probably should take it to the cleaners this week to be pressed, huh? Alex will be the ring bearer (even though he is 9) and Michael (DH) will be one of the groomsmen. Ian and I will be seat fillers, and I am very happy about that. With the transfer only the weekend before, I am so very thankful that I am not actually "involved" in the wedding festivities, other than having my clan in the proper attire at the proper time :)
