Italian Eggrolls & Cheeseburger Eggrolls

What do you do when you have leftover eggroll "sheets" (from my previous entry, Southwest Eggrolls)?  Experiment!


Our Italian Eggrolls had seasoned groundbeef, onions, bellpeppers mixed with spaghetti sauce and strips of string cheese (you could use grated mozzarella).  I should have put in parm cheese, but I forgot!


My Cheeseburger Eggrolls featured seasoned ground beef, onions (cooked and raw), bellpeppers, mustard, ketchup, pickle relish, cheddar cheese and jalapeno jack cheese.

Make sure your ground beef is well-seasoned!  

I'd really like to make some dessert eggrolls next time- maybe a "Smore" one, or a strawberry cheesecake one?  Oh man... I'm drooling now.
